Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026. Short version: we collect almost nothing, we never sell anything, and affiliate clicks are tracked anonymously.

What we collect

This site is a static HTML site hosted on Vercel. We do not require accounts, do not run forms that collect personal data, and do not host any tracking pixels we operate. The following data is collected, by parties named below, when you visit:

That is the entire list. We do not set our own cookies, do not run third-party analytics like Google Analytics, do not embed Facebook pixels, do not use session replay tools, and do not sell or share any data.

Affiliate tracking — how it actually works

When you click a download or signup link on this site, the destination URL contains an affiliate tracking parameter. TradingView's servers see that the click came from our site. If you sign up for a paid TradingView plan within a tracking window (typically 30 to 90 days), TradingView pays us a commission. TradingView does not share your account, billing, or identity information with us — only an anonymous attribution signal.

You pay the same price either way. If you prefer not to be attributed to this site, navigate directly to tradingview.com instead of using our link.

Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. TradingView and Vercel may set cookies under their respective domains as part of standard web operation. Clear cookies for tradingview.com via your browser if you want to drop the affiliate attribution.

Your rights

Right to know what we collect. See the table above. That's the complete list.
Right to opt out. Visit tradingview.com directly instead of using our links; we will never know.
Right to delete. We do not store personal data on our servers; nothing to delete.
Right to contact. Email privacy@tradingviewdownloadforpc.com for any privacy question.

Children's privacy

This site does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. TradingView's own age and account policies apply on tradingview.com.

Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will not retroactively reduce protection without notice on the homepage.
